The Gifting Revealed Training Seminar helps believers gain greater understanding of how God has uniquely designed and equipped them to fulfill His purposes in the Kingdom of God.

Many people know that they have gifts, talents, and a desire to serve, but they may not clearly understand how those elements fit together. This seminar provides a guided process to help participants:

**Discover their God-given Kingdom gifts
**Desire and value the gifts God has placed within them
**Determine and identify their strongest giftings
**Develop those gifts through knowledge, practice, and spiritual growth
**Deploy their gifts in ministry, the workplace, the community, and other areas of influence

Participants will receive biblical teaching on the definition, scope, priority, purpose, and power of Kingdom giftings. The seminar also provides an overview of revealed and inferred spiritual gifts, with special emphasis on the Motivational Gifts described in Romans 12.

Personal assessments and guided exercises help participants examine the combination of personality, natural skills, talents, passions, and spiritual giftings that contribute to their individual design. The training includes an introduction to the S.H.A.P.E. assessment process, personality and motivational-gifts assessments, breakout discussions, practical guidance for operating in one’s gifts, and recommendations for continued development.

Seminar Format Length: Approximately 4–6 hours The seminar may be offered as: One extended training session Two instructional sessions An in-person church or ministry seminar A customized training experience for leadership teams, volunteers, ministry workers, or small groups The syllabus organizes the experience into two primary sessions: foundational teaching and assessment activities, followed by motivational-gifts instruction, assessment discussion, breakout groups, practical application, further-development recommendations, and prayer.
